Mark Cowan

Mark Cowan is a senior partner at the renowned Washington law firm Patton Boggs. Before joining Patton Boggs, Mark held a number of Presidential appointments and government posts. He was Counsel to the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct (ethics) of the US House of Representatives. He also served at the Central Intelligence Agency as an operations officer.
